Customized orders are non-returnable.
Pre-Made orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt, in unworn condition for store credit only. Please notify me before returning the item.
The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs. Credit issued will not include original shipping charges.
We reserve the right not to accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been damaged or worn.
While this policy is strict, we will do everything possible, to work with you and make sure your experience with us is amazing.
All custom orders will receive an email proof confirming: size, color, style, layout, and spelling.
Approval of proof and payment is required before production of custom orders.
All items are made and shipped from a smoke-free home studio.
